Any field. Any project. One board.
A fully configurable matrix board that turns work item data into the exact view your team needs — not the one Azure Boards ships with.
Azure Boards' built-in board is fixed to one project and one axis (state). The moment you need to slice work by priority × assignee, or area × target quarter, or want items from three projects on one screen, you're stuck exporting to Excel.
How it works
Pick your axes
Choose any work item field for the columns (X), and optionally another for colored swimlane rows (Y) — including dates grouped by week, month, quarter or year.
Add your projects
Pull work items from one or several Azure DevOps projects into a single board, each with its own date source, sort order and filters.
Filter with precision
Build filters per project with type-aware operators — is, is not, contains, is one of, is empty, before/after — compiled straight to a query behind the scenes.
Work the board
Search, filter by assignee or date range, drag cards between buckets to update the underlying field or date, and click a card to highlight its parent/child family.
Try the board
Switch the X and Y axis to see the board reshape instantly, then drag a card into a new bucket.
Click a card to highlight its parent/child family.
Dummy data — nothing here touches a real Azure DevOps project.
What makes it different
Cross-project by design
One board, multiple Azure DevOps projects — no more switching tabs to see the full picture.
Any field, either axis
State, priority, area path, assignee, custom fields, even dates grouped by period — it's your call, not ours.
Drag-and-drop that writes back
Move a card and Trajektori updates the real field or date behind it, with a confirmation before anything changes.
Family highlighting
Click a card to see its parent and child work items highlighted across the whole board.
Share what you build
Keep an insight private, or publish it so the whole team can open the same board.
